Our work together will relax tight, strained muscles and tissue, relieving your pain and providing you better mobility. As a result, improved body awareness will keep those pains from coming back and help you develop a potent self-care plan to resolve future issues.

All you need to do is decide whether you want single sessions, which will focus on the area(s) of discomfort (60/90 minute sessions), or do you want a series of sessions that will improve you pain and movement from tip to toe (Rolfing).
